Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Individual therapy is a cooperative journey between the client and the counselor.

The therapist will work one-on-one with the client to formulate a therapeutic relationship. 

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight, resolve conflict and more.
